Attorney Timi Poulos Clack grew up in Chester, South Carolina.  She graduated with honors from Chester Senior High School.  She  then attended college at The University of South Carolina in Columbia, where she graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, double-majoring in Finance and Marketing.  She went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2003. 

 

After graduating from law school, Timi began her legal career with prestigious judicial clerkships.  She first worked as a law clerk in Greenville County for The Honorable John W. Kittredge, Associate Judge of the South Carolina Court of Appeals.  Shen then served as a law clerk for The Honorable Edward W. Miller, Circuit Court judge in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Greenville County.   After completing her clerkships, Timi transitioned into private practice as an associate attorney at a civil insurance litigation law firm in Greenville County.  There she candled complex cases involving Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, Premises Liability, and Medical Malpractice. 

 

In 2008, Timi embarked on a rewarding 10-year career as a criminal prosecutor in the Seventh Judicial Circuit in Spartanburg County under Solicitor (former Congressman) Trey Gowdy and later Solicitor Barry Barnette.  She gained extensive trial experience, successfully prosecuting hundreds of cases ranging from murders and violent crimes to armed robberies, burglaries, property crimes, drugs, and white-collar crimes through jury verdict.  In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the legal community, she was chosen by the Spartanburg County Bar Association to receive the C. Bruce Littlejohn Young Lawyer Award in 2011.

In January of 2018, Timi returned to her roots in Chester, fulfilling her childhood dream of practicing law in her hometown.  She was a partner with The Poulos Law Firm, LLC before  becoming a sole practitioner and re-opening her law firm under the name Timi Poulos Clack, Attorney at Law, LLC.  Over the years, she has built a thriving practice in Chester County  and has enjoyed serving clients all over Chester and surrounding counties.  Her legal expertise spans several areas of law, including Estate Planning, Probate Law, Family Law, Personal Injury, Criminal Law, and Real Estate.  Additionally, she provides services related to Business Law, Contracts, and general civil cases and transactions.
